Graduate destination information

Graduate Careers Australia undertakes the Graduate Destination Survey every year. New university graduates are surveyed four months after course completion regarding their employment, participation in further study, salaries, and details of their employer and occupation. The survey gives up to date, accurate information about trends in salaries and employment options as well as changes in industry and the workplace, providing a useful tool for successful career planning.

Work outcomes reports show the percentage of University of Tasmania graduates in full time work, part time work seeking full time, and not working but seeking full time work. Further study reports show the percentage of graduates studying full time, part time or not at all. Salary reports show median salaries for graduates working full time. Reports can be viewed by course, faculty and by field of study. Care should be taken when comparing University of Tasmania results by field of study with national data on GradsOnLine as the characteristics of these groups may not be equivalent.
