Both the Sandy Bay and Newnham campuses have a variety of self-help publications, audios, videos and DVDs that can be accessed on loan. All resources are displayed in the Support and Equity waiting areas. Titles are added and recommended from time to time.

    e-couch is a self-help interactive program with modules for depression, generalised anxiety & worry, social anxiety, relationship breakdown and loss & grief.

    Online counselling, information and support.
  • Headspace
    Headspace is the National Youth Mental Health Foundation. Headspace can help with support, information and advice relating to general health, mental health & counselling and alcohol & other drug services.
  • Living Life to the Full
    A Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) program for anxiety and depression.
  • MoodGYM training program
    MoodGYM is an interactive website which is designed to help people who are having problems with anxiety and depression to overcome those problems and learn good coping skills for the future. It is based on two programs which are successful in precenting and treating depression and anxiety; cognitive behaviour therapy and interpersonal therapy.
  • Reach Out
    This site includes 'Who Cares?', a map-based program that directs you to local services throughout Australia with just a few clicks of the mouse. The site was created to aid in the prevention of suicide and provides factual information about how to get help.
